How Stephen earned his award
According to Employment Horizons, Stephen has shown outstanding growth in the workshop while working on production and assembly.
“He brings positive energy to the workplace with his great sense of humor and he is always engaged and contributing during our vocational group discussions,” said his supervisor, Madison. “We’re proud to recognize his hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm this month!”
Madison added that Stephen is involved in production and assembly work. He has been currently perfecting his work pace and attention to detail while cleaning and wrapping wires for one of Employment Horizon’s clients.
About Stephen’s forever home
Stephen lives at the Hanover Community Residence, which houses 12 Rose House residents. He also belongs to the Independent Living Program, where residents handle most of their day-to-day activities. In this program, caregivers provide support by perfecting current life skills and helping develop and use new skills.

Rose House is building another 12-unit, affordable housing complex, similar to the one where Stephen lives in Cedar Knolls, NJ. The new complex will be in beautiful Chester Township, NJ, and will be Rose House’s seventh forever home.
