Ali and Mark from Rose House win awards from Employment Horizons

Two Residents Achieve Employment Awards

Ali and Mark, who live at our Hanover Community Residence, have recently earned Employee of the Month Awards from Employment Horizons!

According to her supervisor, Ali “is very focused and makes her best effort every day to meet her productivity goal — and she often exceeds it.”

Mark’s supervisor said he is “always respectful of both his supervisors and peers” and is “willing to try any job in the shop.”

Congratulations to our Ali and Mark for dedication to their careers and for making Rose House proud!

The Hanover Community Residence houses 12 clients, eight of whom are in the Independent Living Program where they handle most of their own day-to-day activities. Caregivers support residents with perfecting their current life skills and help them develop and use new skills.

Rose House is in the process of fundraising to build a similar 12-client apartment complex fundraising through our capital campaign, a.k.a., the Forever Home Project. Please help us raise money for this project by donating today!
