"We would like to take some of your time to say a few words to you.  Thank you.

"To all of the parents and families of The Rose House we would like to say thank you for letting us have our dream come true.  Look how far we're come to get this far living on our own for our first year at The Rose House.

"We would like to say 'thank you' for all that you did to prepare us and to teach us how to live on our own.

Thank you for everything!"

Friends of The Rose House

FORH at Grand Opening of 290CKR

The Friends of The Rose House have been supporters of The Rose House from our beginning in 1999 - lending their time, talents, and financial support to our Annual Gala, 50/50 Raffle, Tricky Tray, and other events and programs, as well as helping provide initial funding to purchase the property for the construction of Hanover residence.

With the opening of the Independent Living Program, they organized to raise funds to support and enhance the Program and help raise awareness of The Rose House’s residential and vocational programs.

The Friends use the proceeds of their fundraisers to support the Independent Living Program.

Other fundraisers have included a rummage sale, production of a Friends of The Rose House cookbook, and a charity auction.
